Ministers accuses of conflicting Carty statements

The Labour Party has accused Justice Minister Michael McDowell and his predecessor, John O'Donoghue, of making conflicting statements over when they first received the Carty Report.

The report contained the findings of an internal garda investigation into alleged corruption in the Donegal division.
