Cork rail strike averted through LRC

The threat of a rail strike in the south has been lifted, after the intervention of the Labour Relations Commission.

Iarnród Eireann and SIPTU representatives are to meet in Cork tomorrow morning to discuss the disciplinary case at the centre of the dispute.
