Homes evacuated in Co Meath gas leak

A number of houses have been evacuated in the Co Meath village of Enfield after a gas leak.

Traffic diversions are in place and residents of the Marriott Hotel near Enfield are being prevented from leaving the premises until it is safe to do so.

The leak is believed to be the result of works on the new M4 motorway.
