Nigerian student has deportation case adjourned

The High Court has adjourned until July proceedings being taken by a 20-year-old Nigerian Leaving Cert student against his deportation.

The court heard that the Justice Minister had undertaken not to deport Tunde Yinusa Omoniyi, pending the outcome of his action, which means he can sit his Leaving Cert.
