GPs will refuse medical card scheme if unhappy with talks

GPs say they will refuse to co-operate with the new "doctor only" medical card scheme if they're not satisfied with negotiations scheduled to begin next week.

The Irish Medical Organisation says it has been told nothing about what entitlements are included in the scheme.
