PSNI closer to charges in McCartney investigation

The family of murdered Belfast man Robert McCartney has claimed the PSNI is moving closer to bringing charges in relation to the case.

The 33-year-old father-of-two was beaten and stabbed to death outside a pub in the city on January 30, allegedly by senior republicans.
