Cullen to present aviation proposals to Cabinet today

Transport Minister Martin Cullen is due to present a package of aviation proposals to the Cabinet today that could lead to the privatisation of Aer Lingus.

Mr Cullen has already said he favours selling a majority of the airline to the private sector in order to raise the funds it needs to expand into the future.
