Sinn Féin’s Martin McGuinness was the last Northern Ireland MP to be installed tonight after two boxes of votes went missing from the town centre.

Assistant Chief Electoral Officer June Butler described the taking away of the boxes by a driver before they were counted as “a simple error”.
