One killed as jeep crashes through ditch in Tipperary

Gardaí in Co Tipperary are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal overnight road accident between Birdhill and Nenagh.

One person died in the accident, during which a jeep apparently crashed through a ditch in the Carrigtoher area.
