Shannon Coastguard airlift Spanish fisherman to safety

A Spanish fisherman has been airlifted to safety from his vessel off the coast of Galway.

The fisherman made a distress call last night, when he fell ill following an incident on board his vessel, which was 160 miles west of Galway in the Atlantic Ocean.
