Gardaí release man questioned over death of baby boy
Gardaí in Wexford have released a man arrested on Wednesday in connection with the death of a four-month-old baby boy earlier this month.
The man was detained and questioned in connection with the death of Ross Murphy, from Gorey.
The baby was admitted to Wexford General Hospital at the beginning of the month before being transferred to Crumlin Children's Hospital in Dublin, where he died on the morning of April 5.
He is believed to have suffered serious and unexplained internal injuries.
Gardaí are preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions in connection with the case.
