The latest report from the body set up to monitor paramilitary ceasefires in the North will not be released until after the British general election on May 5.

The British and Irish governments have received copies of the Independent Monitoring Commission (IMC) report, but a British spokesman said the document would only be released once the British House of Commons was functioning again.
