Two arrested after assault in Limerick

Gardai today arrested two 23-year old men in connection with a serious assault on a man in Limerick city centre.

The men were being questioned at Henry Street Garda Station about the assault, which took place after a row broke out in a pub on John Street at around 1am this morning.
