The Competition Authority has carried out searches of the offices of the Irish Medical Organisation as part of an investigation into possible price-fixing by GPs.

The Competition Authority has carried out searches of the offices of the Irish Medical Organisation as part of an investigation into possible price-fixing by GPs.

Reports this morning said staff from the Authority, along with the gardaí, visited the IMO offices in Dublin on Wednesday to investigate possible breaches of competition law.
