No appeasement message finally hitting home - McDowell

The Minister for Justice Michael McDowell said today that until the IRA disbands, the republican movement will continue to exclude itself from any share of government anywhere.

Minister McDowell, speaking at the Progressive Democrats conference in Cork, warned that there would be no progress towards full implementation of the Good Friday Agreement until the IRA ceases to exist.
