Reform of social welfare payments 'could damage An Post'

A government plan to distribute all social welfare payments electronically could reportedly cause further damage to An Post's financial situation.

Reports this morning said the Fianna Fáil-Progressive Democrats coalition was considering a new system that would see all payments being distributed through bank and building society accounts.
