FF TD attacks OPW over state of Papal Cross

Fianna Fáil TD Jim Glennon has attacked the Office of Public Works over the poor state of the Papal Cross in Dublin's Phoenix Park.

Mr Glennon has accused the OPW of neglecting the monument erected in memory of Pope John Paul's mass in the park in 1979.
