A study of life in Dublin's commuter belt has reportedly found that traffic congestion, anti-social behaviour and a lack of amenities and childcare facilities are the main issues of concern for local residents.

Reports this morning said the study by academics at NUI Maynooth also found that residents of newer suburbs were less likely to be attached to their areas that those in more established estates.
