Harlequin Healthcare acquires Aut Even Hospital

Harlequin Healthcare Holdings has announced the acquisition of Aut Even Private Hospital in Kilkenny.

The company also owns St Joseph’s Hospital in Garden Hill, Sligo.

Most recently the company has received planning permission for a €40m hospital facility in Waterford City and is about to go to tender on this project.

Harlequin is also exploring the possibility of a hospital development in Wexford. This will potentially consolidate the Harlequin Healthcare presence in the South East Region.

Aut Even is a private general hospital with 104 beds, providing a range of medical and surgical services, supported by diagnostics and physiotherapy. The hospital also provides extensive outpatient services.
