Woodies DIY to create 200 jobs in €10m expansion plan

Woodies DIY has announced plans to create up to 200 jobs over the coming year as part of a €10m expansion of its operations in Ireland.

The company said the jobs would be created as part of improvements to its existing stores and the opening of new outlets.

It said the expansion plan included new stores in Carrickmines, Co Dublin, Drogheda, Co Louth and Naas, Co Kildare that are due to open later in the year.
