Irish novelist nominated for fiction award

An Irish novelist has been nominated for this year's prestigious Orange Prize for Fiction.

Catherine Dwyer Hickey has been nominated for her fourth novel Tatty, the story of a child growing up in a disintegrating, alcoholic family in Dublin.
