Sinn Féin TD Caoimhghin O’Caolain has declared it a “disgrace” that the Government and the media have accepted the word of the PSNI chief constable that the IRA was behind the massive bank robbery in Belfast.

Deputy O’Caolain said that Hugh Orde did not produce "a scintilla of evidence to back up his allegations", and that we should not accept without question the word of a British appointee in Ireland.
