Most services more expensive in Dublin, says CSO

Consumers in Dublin pay more for basic goods and services than people elsewhere in the country, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO said that of 73 items surveyed last month during the compilation of inflation statistics, 48 were more expensive in Dublin and 24 were less expensive.
