Search resumes for missing woman in Galtee Mts

A search for a woman missing in the Galtee Mountains in Co Tipperary is due to resume at first light today.

The 46-year-old Limerick woman was last seen walking near a lake in the mountains yesterday afternoon.

Poor overnight weather conditions hampered efforts to locate her, but the operation is due to resume at the earliest opportunity this morning.

The South-East Mountain Rescue Association, Civil Defence and Tramore Cliff Rescue are all involved in the search.
