North proposals to include call for photographic evidence

Photographic proof of IRA decommissioning is one aspect of the Irish and British governments' proposed solution to the current impasse in the peace process, according to documents shown to the media by the DUP.

The Irish-British proposals are due to be published by the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and British Prime Minister Tony Blair this afternoon.
