Nothing agreed with IRA - Paisley

The IRA has not agreed to decommission its illegal arsenal, Democratic Unionist leader Ian Paisley declared today.

The DUP leader speaking after meeting with the head of the decommissioning body General John de Chastelain said nothing had been settled on the arms issue.
