SF and DUP blame each other for latest North impasse

Sinn Féin and the Democratic Unionist Party are continuing to blame each other for their ongoing failure to reach an agreement to restore power-sharing government in the North.

All outstanding matters with the exception of IRA decommissioning have apparently been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
