Poll shows rise in popularity of Taoiseach and FF

The Taoiseach’s popularity has risen considerably in the past nine months, according to an opinion poll carried out for the Irish Mirror.

The newspaper said 61% of respondents to the survey were happy with Bertie Ahern’s performance in government, an increase of 18 percentage points since a previous poll in March.
