Teen charged with murdering sister

A 19-year-old man was tonight charged with the murder of his teenage sister, Marguerite O’Dwyer, at their family home in Co Clare.

Patrick O’Dwyer was remanded in custody to St Patrick’s Institution at a special sitting of Ennis District Court. He will appear again before the court next Friday.
