ASH hits out as cigs escapes tax hike

Alcohol, petrol, diesel and tobacco have escaped tax increases in the budget - a move which has been criticised by health groups.

Professor Luke Clancy of ASH Ireland said he was bitterly disappointed cigarettes had escaped a price increase.
