IMPACT has vowed to stop co-operating with health service reforms on December 13 unless it gets assurances in the meantime over continuity, jobs and working conditions.

The union, which represents 15,000 health service workers, is threatening to take industrial action which will effectively block implementation of new health structures due to come into force on January 1.
