Two men hospitalised in Mullingar following overnight assault

Two men have been taken to Mullingar General hospital following a serious assualt in the town overnight.

It is believed that the incident took place shortly after 2am outside a nightclub on Main St.

A man is being sought in connection with the incident and gardaí have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident or has information on the assault to contact them.
