Ireland could face EC action over illegal dumping

The European Commission has warned that it may take legal action against the Republic of Ireland over the issue of illegal dumping in the North.

The commission has told DUP MEP, Jim Allister that an investigation has found that much of the waste in the illegal landfill sites in the North originates from the Republic.
