Labour calls for special rates to promote flu jab

The Labour Party has urged the Government to follow through its promotion of the flu jab by setting up local health clinics offering the injection at a reduced rate.

Labour TD Kathleen Lynch said while the flu jab is a good preventative strategy, many people cannot afford to visit their GP to avail of the service.
