Councillors propose ban on all heavy-goods trucks in Dublin

Dublin city councillors are proposing a ban on all heavy-goods trucks entering the city centre on the day when the Port Tunnel opens next year.

They also want a complete ban on 'supertrucks', which are too large to fit into the tunnel, from entering the city at any time.
