British soldier to face NI attack charges

A soldier and two other men are due to appear in court today charged with the attempted murder of a 14-year-old boy in Northern Ireland.

A 22-year-old and two 18-year-olds were charged with trying to kill the teenager who was seriously injured when he was stabbed numerous times at a derelict pavilion at playing fields in east Belfast in the early hours of Saturday morning.
