31-year-old in court following fatal crash

A 31-year-old man is due before a special sitting of Cavan District Court today under charges related to the Road Traffic Act.

It follows a road accident last Thursday evening in which two people lost their lives.

John Gillece, 60, and his 33-year-old daughter Fiona Ronaghan, both from Fermanagh, died when their jeep crashed into an on-coming truck in Belturbet.
