Northern Secretary Paul Murphy is due to meet with senior members of the Ulster Defence Association (UDA) today in an attempt to draw loyalist paramilitaries back into the political process.

Leading UDA figures are expected to be a present at a meeting between Mr Murphy and the Ulster Political Reasarch Group, the political wing of the loyalist paramilitary organisation.
