Body of missing man recovered from the sea

Gardaí have confirmed that a body recovered from the sea off Co Wicklow this morning was that of a local man who went missing over the weekend.

76-year-old Michael Fortune was last seen at his home in Bray on Saturday.

His body was found by a fishing trawler a few miles out to sea at 8.30am.

A post mortem is being carried out.
