Independent Monitoring Commission report expected Thursday

The latest bulletin from the Independent Monitoring Commission, which reports to the Irish and British governments on the status of the paramilitary cease-fires, is likely to be published this Thursday.

The British government says the report will be published on its website as soon as a written statement had gone to the House of Commons.
