Taoiseach launches booklets explaining EU Constitution

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has launched two booklets to explain the contents of the proposed EU Constitution, which is due to be signed by EU leaders in Rome tomorrow.

The booklets will be made available in schools and libraries and will also be accessible on the internet.
