Ahern: Unfair that some millionaires pay no tax

The Taoiseach has told the Dáil that he agrees it is not fair that some wealthy people pay no tax in Ireland.

He was responding to Labour leader Pat Rabbitte who told the House that 240 people who earned between a hundred thousand and a million pounds in 2001 paid no tax.
