Solicitor slams latest delay in incinerator challenge

A solicitor representing local residents challenging the construction of a toxic waste incinerator in Cork Harbour has criticised the latest delay in the High Court case.

A four-day challenge to An Bord Pleanala's approval of the controversial incinerator in Ringaskiddy was due to go ahead today, but was postponed because no judge was available.
