A 19 year old man is in a critical condition in Dublin’s Mater Hospital after he was found injured in Ballymun at 3am this morning.

A 19 year old man is in a critical condition in Dublin’s Mater Hospital after he was found injured in Ballymun at 3am this morning.

Gardaí said it is unknown how many people were involved in the attack, and appealed to anyone who was in the Coultry road area at the time to contact them.
