Paedophile fails to show for sentencing

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of a Corkman who failed to appear for the hearing in which he was to be sentenced for sexually abusing his five-year-old son and two children of his former partner.

Judge Michael White issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the severely epileptic 42-year-old man after waiting over an hour to see if he would make at appearance at the hearing in which all his victims and their family were present.
