Minister plays down SF coalition possibility

Minister for Foreign Affairs Dermot Ahern moved quickly today to play down the possibility of a coalition between Fianna Fail and Sinn Féin.

Mr Ahern caused controversy when he claimed Sinn Féin could soon become part of government in the Republic if the IRA disbanded.
