SF denies McDowell IRA claims

Sinn Féin's Mitchel McLaughlin has accused the Minister for Justice, Michael McDowell, of talking “rubbish about Sinn Féin”.

Mr McLaughlin was responding to claims made by Mr McDowell this morning on the radio that he knows of direct links between senior Sinn Féin figures and the IRA.
