The jury in the trial of a man accused of a gangland style shooting in a Dublin pub last year are expected to retire to consider their verdict today.

Mr Justice Barry White was today charging the jury of six men and six women, who will then commence their deliberation. Shay Wildes, aged 36, from Corbally Park, Tallaght, denies murdering Declan Griffin, aged 32, from Coolock in the Horse and Jockey pub, Inchicore on April 5, 2003.
