Row breaks out following appointment of new FG front bench

A major row has broken out within Fine Gael in the wake of Enda Kenny's announcement of his new front bench.

Mayo TD Michael Ring has refused to accept the marine portfolio, which he saw as a demotion, and is no longer on the front bench.
