Pair questioned in Armagh murder hunt

A man and woman were today questioned by detectives probing the murder of a father-of-two.

The pair were arrested in connection with the death of Co Armagh man Paul Crymble, aged 35, in June.

The engineer was abducted from his home at Richhill following a night out with his wife, police were told. She phoned 999 to say she and her husband were first tied up on their return.

Mr Crymble, the father of a girl aged 12 and an eight-year-old boy, was discovered dead in his green Seat Ibiza car two miles from his house.

Preliminary post-mortem results showed he died from asphyxiation.

Police said a man, aged 29, and a 33-year-old woman were arrested this morning at an undisclosed location.

A 19-year-old man has already been charged with his murder.
